Yo!!! Thanks for your interest in our Level II Eating program. Before we take you to the next level and really get precise, we need to make sure you have the fundamental habits from Level I mastered. Weighing and tracking your food without L1 habits can make the entire process overwhelming. Working from a solid base allows for greater success.
Before applying for Level II, please honestly assess yourself based on the questions below.
Am I being proactive with my eating - regularly planning, preparing, and cooking meals for myself at home? Or am I reactive, finding food wherever and whenever I can?
Proteins and Micronutrients (Vitamins and Minerals):
Do I routinely eat lean proteins, vegetables and fruits on a daily basis?
Strategic Starch Use:
Is my starchy carbohydrate intake high-quality sources on a regular basis? Or does my day frequently include low-quality sources? ie. white breads/baked goods, crackers, chips, cookies, granola bars, pretzels, etc.
Restrict Access to Temptations:
Have I removed foods from the kitchen that cause me to give into temptation?
Are my reward meals limited to less than 10% of my weekly intake?
