Dates & Important Info:
Private Consult / Strategy Session - Each of you will get a private consult with your head coach. We'll get your starting measurements and pictures and build your individual strategy for success. We'll do our best to schedule this during the week prior to our start date, however, last minute registrations may have to do this during the first week.
Challenge Start Date: Monday, June 12th at 7:30pm - We kick off the 6 week challenge with a private class session, just for you guys, during which we'll go over how your workouts will be structured and, of course, we'll train!
After June 12th, you can choose to attend any class time from our entire schedule, but on day one we'll all start together. Preview all of our class times here.
Nutrition and Accountability Coaching will be done via our Nutrition Quick Start Guide and online in our private Facebook support group via weekly lessons and QnA sessions.
You will have 24 hour access to your coach via the Facebook group!
**Your goal is to train at least 3x per week during this challenge, but you can train more often if you like. You have access up to 6 days per week!
Space will be limited to 10 hard-working men!

Lack of time is not an excuse. We offer many class times each day, most of our workouts are about 60 minutes, and you choose how often you train between 3 and 5 times per week! That's only 3-5 hours in the gym out of a total 168 hours available in your week!
