Our "Top Dog" STRENGTH & MUSCLE program is specifically designed for the man or woman who wants to focus on building strength, muscle mass, and horsepower. We've created our own unique training blend of Strongman, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and "Unconventional" movements to push your gainz to the next level.
This Program Includes:
- 4 or more strength & conditioning sessions per week to maximize your gainz.
- Our Basic Eating Plan to support your strength and lean muscle.
- Tracking of body composition, circumferences, and progress pictures so you can see how well you're doing.
- Access to our private forum for constant support from our coaches and other clients.
Do I have to be in great shape already to join this program?
Absolutely not. As with all of our training programs here at DFS, we'll meet you where you are and build you up. However, some weight training experience will help as this program uses high training volumes and loads. We'll want to make sure you're technically proficient in our fundamental movements and know how to handle yourself professionally in the gym before starting in Top Dog... that's why you'll need to complete at least 3 months of training in our LEAN & FIT program before we allow you to join this program... especially if you're brand new to strength training.
