Welcome to devoted fitness & Strength
Thank you for taking the first step toward reaching your goals and building a better you! Your coach will be contacting you shortly to schedule your first visit.
While you're waiting, take a few minutes to get aquanted with our facility and the flow of your visit.
Step One: Arrive at Devoted Fitness & Strength
Here's a street-view picture of the gym. We're located at 355 Remington Road in Cuyahoga Falls. Our main entrance is the door on the far right of the building. Just grab a parking spot on the right, and come on in!
Step Two: Come inside and Settle in
If you're coming in for your first training session and/or consultation, you'll want to bring a water and optional towel. We typically keep bottled waters at the gym, but just in case... ;)
You'll be greeted by myself (Coach Haught) or Coach Chris, and (most likely) Coach Trevor.
We’ll be waiting to greet you and show you around.
You'll probably see one of our group training sessions going on. Since we give our groups our undivided attention, one of us will be coaching the members, and another one of us will be working with you.
Step Three: Your Orientation and Free Trial
There's a lot to cover during your orientation and first weeks of training, but we'll be sure to guide you every step of the way.
During your initial consultation:
- We take measurements, and discuss your goals, past nutrition, successes, failures, and any obstacles you may have in this initial phase.
- Depending on your goals and preferences, we may also take pictures.
- We take you through an introductory workout designed to help us see how well you move and where your strengths and weaknesses may be. This helps us customize our program to meet your needs.
- From there your Coach will recommend a program and strategy that will help you reach your goals. Once we find a good fit for you here, we’ll give you all the details needed to join and start seeing success.
WHEN YOU DECIDE to JOIN Devoted Strength...
We’ll explain our SUPER simple scheduling system and expectation of being on the schedule. This will help make sure you, as our valued new member, stay accountable to your new program.
We'll also schedule your personalized Strategy Session and let you know what to expect during your next training session, and during your first few months.
It's our goal to make sure you have no choice but to be MASSIVELY successful at Devoted Strength!
