Step One: The Get-to-Know-You Call
Use the schedule below to set up your Get-to-Know-You call with your coach. We like to make sure that we take the time to learn about you and your goals before you arrive at the gym. During that call, we'll talk about your goals, exercise history, schedule your free trial, and be sure all of your questions are answered!
Step two: Arrive at Devoted Fitness & Strength
Here's a street-view picture of the gym. We're located at 355 Remington Road in Cuyahoga Falls. Our main entrance is the door on the far right of the building. Just grab a parking spot on the right, and come on in!
Step three: Come inside and Settle in
If you're coming in for your first training session, you'll want to bring a water and optional towel. We typically keep bottled waters at the gym, but just in case... ;)
You'll be greeted by myself (Coach Haught) or one of our coaches, and (most likely) Coach Trevor.
We’ll be waiting to greet you and show you around.
You'll probably see one of our group training sessions going on. Since we give our groups our undivided attention, one of us will be coaching the members, and another one of us will be working with you.
Step four: Your Free Trial Workout
We take you through an introductory workout designed to help us see how well you move and where your strengths and weaknesses may be. This helps us customize our program to meet your needs and will give you a taste of our coaching styles and Devoted Strength's atmosphere.
Step five: Kick-Start
There's a lot to cover during your Kick-Start trial period, but we'll be sure to guide you every step of the way.
We’ll explain our SUPER simple scheduling system and expectation of being on the schedule. This will help make sure you, as our valued new member, stay accountable to your new program.
We'll also schedule your personalized Strategy Session (consultation) and let you know what to expect during your next training session, and during your first few months.
You'll introduce you to our nutrition program, recommend an exercise schedule, and help layout your individual strategy for reaching your goals.
We take measurements, and discuss your goals, past nutrition, successes, failures, and any obstacles you may have in this initial phase. Depending on your goals and preferences, we may also take pictures.
