Dates & Important Info:
Private Consult / Strategy Session - Each of you will get a private consult with your head coach. We'll get your starting measurements and pictures and build your individual strategy for success. We'll do our best to schedule this during the week prior to our start date, however, last minute registrations may have to do this during the first week.
D90 Start Date: Friday, March 29 6:45pm - We kick off the 90 day challenge with a private class session, just for you guys, during which we'll go over how your workouts will be structured and, of course, we'll train!
After March 29, We'll train together in the mornings, but you can choose to attend any class time from our entire schedule if you need to. On day one we'll all start together. Preview all of our class times here.
Nutrition and Accountability Coaching will be done via our own app and private support group via daily lessons and QnA sessions.
You will have constant access to your coach!
**Your goal is to train at least 3x per week during this challenge, but you can train more often if you like. You have access up to 6 days per week!
Space will be limited to 15 hard-working men!

Lack of time is not an excuse. We offer many class times each day, most of our workouts are about 60 minutes, and you choose how often you train between 3 and 5 times per week! That's only 3-5 hours in the gym out of a total 168 hours available in your week!
