I talk about the difference between training for Core Strength and just doing Ab exercises.
I'll show a few simple and effective exercises for both and I also address using a weight belt.
My top 3 Easy-Access Core Strength exercises:
*Note: These would still be considered secondary to proper core stabilization in the main movement!
- 1-Arm Farmer Walks
- Kettlebell or Dumbbell Overhead Holds
- Planks and Plank variations
My top 3 Easy-Access Ab Exercises:
- Hanging Leg Raise form the Dip bar
- Sit-ups - performed by crunching first
- Wheel Rollouts
